There is no cure for it, but the symptoms can be managed with different treatment

Current treatments focus on reducing the dryness of the skin. Moisturizer (plasticizers) are available, others only by prescription.

Most of the soaps to wash the oils produced by the skin that normally serve to prevent dehydration. To replace it with a soap, such as aqueous cream helps to hydrate the skin.

When moisturizing alone does not help, can topical steroid ointments or creams are used. They are safe when prescribed by a doctor.

Although many people are intimidated by the word steroids, "whose proper use can cause atopic dermatitis under control.

If you opt for the easy part of the body, with Epson immersion in salt. The hands or feet are easily absorbed. Then, after drying with a clean cloth, put a cream anti-fungal and anti-blight and every two days, usually 1 or 2 times a day. In addition, the use of children Zincofax cream (once a week, a zinc-IT).

it can not heal. However, they can modify their risk factors for disease.
Uses:
mild soap (not dry the skin)
Moisturizer (oil-based are the best, but people tend to dismiss because they are large)

Avoid irritants:
"Loose-fitting clothing
frequent wetting and drying
Cigarette smoke
Perfumes, dust, sand,

Medical treatment is usually with corticosteroid creams. may be prescribed.
