Bag Duffel Girl Can You Make An Effective Heavy Bag By Filling A Duffel Bag With Sand?

Can you make an effective heavy bag by filling a duffel bag with sand? - bag duffel girl

Not able to afford a heavy bag swinging by all means, but I tried something works, which can hardly be met to find mine. I tried a pillowcase on the proposal of a martial artist friend of mine, but eventually tear the fabric, so I need something more durable. This work is a canvas bag? Otherwise, all other suggestions? Thank you.

They could do with a canvas bag, but you want the sand into a large plastic trash bag first duty. Bag can cross a few grains of sand, travel, and the closure and seams for a corner. Placement of sand in a heavy plastic bag of garbage, would be within Düfel take longer.
